Made to order Shipping: 

Please allow approximately 8 weeks for your made to order piece to be produced. Once production is complete, please allow 5 to 6 business days for orders processing and shipment.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, all made to order sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges. Except in the event that you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us directly so we can assist you. 

By placing a made to order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated 8-week production timeframe, as well as the terms of this policy.

Standard shipping is included in the product price for all U.S. orders. 
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. 
Once production is complete please allow 5 to 6 business days for order processing and shipment. 
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

 International shipping:

International customers are responsible for all applicable, shipping costs, custom duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery time vary, depending on destination and customer processing. All made to order and shipping policy terms also apply to international orders.
