Refund policy

At Asè Monea, we strive to provide luxury-quality pieces that you’ll love.

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections:

• Made to order items are final sale. 
• Approved returns are eligible for replacement or exchange: no refunds. All purchases are final unless there is an error on our end. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your return or exchange is approved, the items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Your email should include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or exchange depending on the situation.

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or stains
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Asè Monea reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
